3. Chat Modes
CU2 provides different chat environments with different moderation standards.
Fun & Random
Fun & Random is intended to provide a safe social environment.
The following are prohibited:
- Nudity
- Sexual content
- Explicit sexual behavior
- Harassment
- Hate speech
- Threats
- Illegal activity
This mode may be actively monitored using automated moderation systems.
Unfiltered
Unfiltered is intended only for adults aged 18 and older.
Users may encounter:
- Mature language
- Nudity
- Sexual content
- Adult discussions
By entering Unfiltered mode, you acknowledge that adult content may be encountered and that you enter voluntarily.
The following remain prohibited in all areas of the platform:
- Illegal content
- Content involving minors
- Non-consensual content
- Harassment and threats
- Exploitation or abuse
- Criminal activity
- Human trafficking
- Extortion or blackmail
4. Community Rules
You may not use CU2 to:
- Harass or intimidate others
- Promote violence or hatred
- Scam or defraud users
- Impersonate another person
- Share illegal content
- Distribute malware or malicious links
- Violate intellectual property rights
- Circumvent platform security
- Engage in unlawful conduct
Users are solely responsible for their own behavior and interactions.
5. Recording and Privacy
Users may not record, capture, distribute, publish, stream, or otherwise share another user's video, audio, or personal information without that person's consent.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.
6. Credits, Tips, and Virtual Features
CU2 may offer credits, tipping functionality, reputation systems, badges, and other digital features.
Credits:
- Have no cash value
- Are not transferable
- Are not redeemable for currency
- Are licensed, not owned
Unless required by law:
- Purchases are non-refundable
- Credits expire only if specifically stated at purchase
- Tips sent to another user are final
CU2 may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual features at any time.
7. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party providers.
By making a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method.
You are responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges associated with purchases.
Fraudulent chargebacks, payment abuse, or attempts to reverse legitimate transactions may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Automated Moderation
CU2 uses automated systems, including artificial intelligence technologies, to help detect:
- Nudity
- Sexual content
- Abuse
- Harassment
- Spam
- Fraud
- Child safety violations
- Violations of these Terms
Moderation actions may be based on:
- Automated detection
- Human review
- User reports
- Any combination of the above
By using the Service, you acknowledge and consent to such moderation activities.
9. User Content
You retain ownership of content you create and submit.
By using CU2, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, display, and store content solely as necessary to operate the Service.
You represent that you have the rights necessary to provide such content.
10. Enforcement
CU2 may investigate violations of these Terms.
We may, at our sole discretion:
- Remove content
- Restrict access
- Suspend accounts
- Permanently ban users
- Report illegal conduct to authorities
We are not obligated to provide advance notice before taking action.
11. Account Suspension and Termination

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

- Match quality
- User behavior
- Uninterrupted operation
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CU2 and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of the Service.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to CU2 during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CU2 and its operators from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
